Ham and Sausage Hash Brown Egg Bake



  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled sausage
  • 4 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Fresh parsley or chives (optional, for garnish)


Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.

Spread the thawed hash browns evenly in the greased baking dish.

Sprinkle the diced ham and crumbled sausage over the hash browns.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.

Pour the egg mixture over the ham, sausage, and hash browns.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Once cooked, remove the dish from the oven and let it cool slightly.

Garnish with fresh parsley or chives, if desired.

Slice and serve warm.
